Se trata de un sistema de medicina, que proviene de la India y es distinto al que ya conocemos. Esta corriente propone que a cada persona le corresponde un tipo de \u201cdosha\u201d; es decir, que hay m\u00e1s presencia de uno de los humores corporales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al conocer tu dosha pod\u00e9s entender mejor tu cuerpo y c\u00f3mo cuidarte y alimentarte. Los doshas tambi\u00e9n nos sirven para identificar de qu\u00e9 manera nos relacionamos con el entorno y c\u00f3mo funcionamos internamente m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del f\u00edsico, descubriendo habilidades y dificultades.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los tres doshas son Vata, Pitta y Kapha, y se caracterizan por ser de naturaleza muy distinta y emanar una energ\u00eda particular. Vata se asocia al elemento aire, Kapha al agua y Pitta al fuego. Es normal que nosotros tengamos la combinaci\u00f3n de dos de estos, o que simplemente prevalezca uno. Tambi\u00e9n se recomiendan los frutos secos y los cereales como las lentejas, el mijo, la avena cocida y el tofu, entre otros.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, a Pitta se le sugieren comidas que bajen el calor, como la palta, la ciruela, el alcaucil, lechuga, arvejas, garbanzos, lentejas, arroz y pasta integral. Y, por \u00faltimo, a Kapha alimentos m\u00e1s livianos, como manzana, coles, champi\u00f1ones, polenta, avena, semillas de lino, etc.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te dejamos un test ac\u00e1 abajo para descubrir qu\u00e9 Dosha sos.
